What is Kleen?
Kleen is the most effective soaker glass pipe cleaner on the market. It was developed as a soaker for today’s more intricate and multi-chamber pipes.
How does Kleen differ from other pipe cleaners?
Kleen is alcohol free, non-toxic and free of abrasives. It is the fastest working soaker on the market. Unlike some other cleaners, Kleen is an economical product. It can be reused over and over.
Does Kleen disinfect?
Kleen’s effectiveness as a disinfectant has not been tested.
How should I store Kleen?
Keep container closed when not in use and store at room temperature.
Is Kleen reusable? / How long?
Yes, Kleen is reusable. Kleen can be reused indefinitely
Won’t there be a build up of particles if I reuse Kleen? How should I remove them?
Kleen will break down most or dissolve particles. You can filter these out by running Kleen through a coffee filter..
Does Kleen contain alcohol?

Is Kleen flammable?
Kleen is moderately flammable. Keep away from heat or flame.
Will Kleen react with other chemicals?
Kleen is stable and has no known reactivity.
How should I dispose of Kleen properly?

How do use Kleen to clean my water pipe or other large items?
Remove the slide and down stem from the water pipe and plug the hole with a ground joint stopper. If you don’t have a stopper wrap plastic wrap around the ground joint of the slide to plug the pipe.
How do use Kleen to clean small items?
Place items in a glass or MDPE plastic container and completely cover items with Kleen and soak. Made sure any air bubbles are released so Kleen covers all surfaces.
How long should I soak my items with Kleen?
We recommend soaking items for 45 mins up to 2 hours.
My glass is really dirty, is soaking longer than the recommended time better?
We have not found this to be beneficial to cleaning. For very dirty items or items which have sat dry for long periods of time, we recommend soaking the items in hot tap water for a few minutes prior to using Kleen.
I use concentrate, will Kleen work for me?
Yes, unlike other soaker cleaners on the market, Kleen works on concentrate pieces.
Should/can I dilute Kleen?
Kleen is meant to be used at full strength.
Can Kleen be used to clean items other than glass?
Kleen was designed to be used on glass. It may work on other hard, non-porous surfaces, but as with any cleaning product, you should always test in an inconspicuous place first.
Can Kleen be used to clean my acrylic pipe?
No, Kleen is not meant to be used with acrylic pipes.
Will Kleen damage, surfaces other than glass?
Kleen was designed to be used on glass. It may work on other hard, non-porous surfaces, but as with any cleaning product, you should always test in an inconspicuous place first. DO NOT USE on or near granite countertops.
Will Kleen damage my granite countertops?
Kleen is citrus based and contains degreasers, which will damage granite countertops.
